Project of Love is: the bible in song 🔥🙌

I love the book of Isaiah. There are so many places in this book where I camp out and feel, or wait to feel, the presence of God.

This is one of those places, Isaiah 26.
It feels like home to me. Like Psalm 91, the central theme is here to "trust God always".

That's not easy. You know, many of us wanna take a leap of faith. But before we leap or take a step, we'd like to see where we end up. That's not a leap of faith, that's a calculated guess ;)

The thing is with trusting God, I've learned (and still learning!), you take a step before you see anything and you just expect Him to be there.

That's how you build trust. That's how you get to know Him better and better. Trusting Him with a child-like innocence.

Are you in a dark place right now? Then this song is especially for you. Sing it till you believe it!
"For your life-giving light will fall like dew on your people in the place of the dead!"

1. Our city is strong!
We are surrounded by the walls of God’s salvation.

2. Open the gates to all who are righteous;
allow the faithful to enter.

3. You will keep in perfect peace
all who trust in you,
all whose thoughts are fixed on you!

4. Trust in the Lord always,
for the Lord God is the eternal Rock.

19. Those who die in the Lord will live;
their bodies will rise again!
Those who sleep in the earth
will rise up and sing for joy!
For your life-giving light will fall like dew
on your people in the place of the dead!
