Description
Recorded in 2010
The new concert-suite for clarinet and orchestra was composed by Rostyslav Demchyshyn, a composer, member of the Union of Composers of Ukraine, and Honored Worker of Ukraine.
in general, this composition is not new, it is this third movement of the Japanese concert-suite "Pulse of Life" was written by my father in 2010 to my order. The first movement - "Dreams" was written in 1998, I first performed and recorded with sound engineer Norio Ohhashi it with a piano In 2009 with Ayako Hayashi and of the same year I asked my father to write a short composition on Japanese themes and he wrote "my impressions of Japan", these two movements I often performed in Japan even with orchestras. In 2010 I brought Japanese sound director Yoshinari Fukushima to Lviv and together with the orchestra "Leopolis", which is the artistic director Yaroslav Myhal recorded all movements including the third - "Pulse of Life". My father combined all three compositions, and since this music is dedicated to my stay in Japan, as well as the second movement , "My impressions of Japan", is written purely on Japanese themes.
This music has been recognized by many Ukrainian composers, including Myroslav Skoryk, the first movement - “Dreams" is often performed even at clarinet competitions in Ukraine and the score of the whole "Japanese suite" by Rostyslav Demchyshyn for clarinet and orchestra is asked of me even by musicians from other countries. I try to protect the author from illegal copying of notes so we are not always in a hurry to give everyone this score. But now this composition is officially registered and we are ready to sell it.
I am very interested in the opinion of my Clarinet friends about this composition, write if you have any questions.
