Thanks for tuning in to watch my reaction to Porcupine Tree and their song Lazarus! This has been on my suggestions list for a while now and I'm glad to finally get round to listening to it! I could sit and listen to this song for hours i think. It was so calming.

I love the lyrics that Steven Wilson chooses - they create such great imagery and i feel like i can really connect with the song. However there is a strong chance that i have totally misunderstood what the song was about! I got this from it - the mind is telling the person to isolate, to separate themselves from reality, almost as if they are trying to persuade the person that there is no hope left and inviting them to the valley below. The song feels like a trick, especially if that is the meaning of the song! But I'm sure that you all will let me know the actual meaning of the song, or at least what it means to you!
