Jim Croce and Maury Muehleisen perform a song from their first album at the Underground News Studios in Chicago. Their new hit song “Operator (That's Not the Way It Feels)” was all over Chicago radios when they met Chuck Collins and the crew. Sadly, Jim (30) and Maury(24) perished in a plane crash on September 20, 1973. Luckily, we still have their music.
