Description
This song holds special meaning for me... My sister, Cindy, passed away a couple years ago from cancer. She never wavered in her strength or her Faith. I looked up to her and strived to match her talent as an artist, her selflessness, her positive attitude and outlook on life... but most of all, her Faith. Whether you are religious or not, I think we all have, or have had, someone in our lives who has meant something to you on many levels. Cindy, left a great impact on me in more ways than one. She had a saying, a motto, a goal in life - that she referenced a lot. "Go Forward" - such a simple phrase with such a large meaning behind it. Don't give up. Don't look back. Keep your head up. Push ahead. Go. Forward! God bless you Cindy. Love and miss you every day. Rest in peace. Keep shining down on us all.
This song aligns so closely to this idea - don't let the dark clouds get you down. There will always be sunshine behind those clouds! The day is what you make it - so make it count! I hope this song hits home to some of you and may you have a "bright, sunshiney day" - enjoy!
