The idea for this video came from a comment on ESC Semi-Final vs. Grand Final video (tack so mycket! :).
I syched the performances of MAJ from Mello final and Eurovision final. The audio starts off merged and then starts to alternate to demonstrate the differences in audio.
As a compete amateur, the most obvious difference is that in the Mello Final the audience is *a lot* louder. Maybe the atmosphere was miced diffently or simply cause Mello Final was held at a football stadium :)
Vocally Mello sounds better too - the harmonies are richer. Maybe cause in Basel the dancers sung the backing vocals, in Mello it was either off stage backing singers or from a track.
Otherwise the differences are relatively little - most notably one dancer is missing cause of Eurovision rules. AFAIK they allow maximum of six people on stage.
Audio tracks were normalized to Davinci's YouTube standard, otherwise left as they were.
