Description

'Perseids' sees the collaboration between Italien violinist Laura Masotto and Bristol based composer Ryan Teague. Composed in summer 2021 and building on a loop, they have created a piece that has a restrained development but explodes with drama as it progresses. It may be a coincidence, but during this summer, they both saw a shooting star falling from the sky. Fascinated by this story and the cosmos, they decided to name the track after the annual meteor shower to reflect the space-like quality of the track.
