As an unofficial soundtrack to my new movie, Freakier Friday (2025), I recorded a cover of the legendary Cyndi Lauper's "Time After Time" with my amazing co-star Christina Vidal Mitchell! YES, Pink Slip is back together, and getting to sing with her again was seriously a full-circle moment. For those who remember the original Freaky Friday (2003), you know how much the music means to the story. This time around, "Time After Time" really speaks to the heart of what Freakier Friday is about.

In the movie, my character, Anna Coleman, is dealing with new family drama and the challenges of being a grown-up and a mom. The lyrics "If you're lost, you can look and you will find me, time after time" perfectly capture the chaos and confusion of the body-swap... but also the unbreakable bond between families, and how we're always there for each other, even when things get totally freaky! This cover is so special to me, and I hope it gives you all the nostalgic feels while getting you hyped for the movie.
