Description
Liu Xiaobo one of the main leaders of the 1989 freedom movement in China that lead to the Tiananmen square massacre and significant changes for China was given a nobel peace prize in 2010 while imprisoned by the Chinese government. He wrote his speech to be given in absentia. In 2017, he died while in custody due to Liver Cancer.
This is what his speech would have sounded like if he had been able to give it. His voice was reconstructed from interviews he did while he was free.
