It was 1997, I was at Tower Records at 4th and Broadway #NYC and I remembered the first time I heard Luis Miguel’s remake rendition of Mexican composer and singer #ÁlvaroCarrillo’s 1959 #bolero Sabor a Mi (“Taste of Me”) and it sounded so heavenly.

I was equally blown away again when I heard Kpop Boygroup #EXO version, the way that cutie patootie D.O. (oh…he is my favorite) rolled his Rs, you just want to put on a Ritz’s cheese cracker and eat him up! I have also learned #lyrically that the song is a #sentimentalballad in which a romantic partner declares their desire to have their lover experience the "taste of" them for centuries upon centuries, promising a deep commitment.
