Description

This is one of the iconic songs by the Armenian musician and songwriter Charles Aznavour, an ambassador of French chanson. I’ve loved this song for as long as I can remember. I finally made an arrangement, aiming to preserve Aznavour’s singing style while contrasting it with the rhythm of the slow waltz, or more precisely, the Parisian waltz. The recording was done in one take, with a single camera. I dedicate this arrangement to the Vietnamese guitarist Thu Le. https://www.youtube.com/@Thuleguitarist
