Ayam 1 kg
Daun salam 2 lembar
Daun jeruk 2 lembar
Sereh 2 batang
Garam 1 sdt
Kaldu bubuk (royco) 1 sdt
Gula pasir 1/2 sdt
Air 500 ml
Minyak goreng secukupnya


Bumbu yang dihaluskan:

Bawang merah besar 6 siung
Bawang putih 5 siung
Kemiri 3 buah
Lengkuas 2 ruas
Kunyit 3 ruas
Ketumbar 1 sdt

NB :
- ayam bisa tahan di freezer sampai 1 bulan, sedangkan di kulkas biasa sekitar 1 minggu.
- penambahan gula pasir bisa diskip
