Description
At the Yorkshire WIldlife Park's "Best of the West End" concert on 17th August 2019, Marisha Wallace performed the classic song And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going from the West End smash hit Dreamgirls.
Marisha starred as Effie in the London production at the Savoy Theatre from late December 2016 through to its closure in January 2019.
The song was first made famous by Jennifer Holliday in the original Broadway production of Dreamgirls that opened in 1981, and then by Jennifer Hudson in the 2006 movie (for which she won the Oscar for Best Actress in a Supporting Role).
