Description
Iain Matthews and his Southern Comfort (who did not play at the 1969 Festival) scored a world wide hit with Woodstock, a song by Joni Mitchell who never actually made it to the festival. April 2023 will mark the release of THE WOODSTOCK ALBUM. Surprising covers by songs that were performed by the likes of The Who, Blood Sweat and Tears, Santana, Tim Hardin, Country Joe & the Fish and many more.
Woodstock, the song, WILL be featured in the live shows though. Matthews Southern Comfort will be touring on the back of the release of THE WOODSTOCK album in the fall of 2023. Contact: bertp@continental.nl
