Because worship is a weapon the enemy cannot silence.

Paul and Silas knew what it was to be pressed on every side. Beaten, falsely accused, and locked away in the inner cell, they sat with their feet in stocks and their bodies aching. Yet, instead of despair, they chose to lift their voices in worship.

Acts 16:25 (NIV) tells us: "About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them."

Their song wasn’t just for themselves. It was for Heaven to hear, for the prisoners to witness, and for chains to be broken. Worship invites God’s presence into impossible places. It declares that His power is greater than the pain, and His promises are stronger than the prison walls.

Psalm 34:1 (NIV) says: "I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips."
Paul and Silas lived this truth in the hardest of moments.

Then came the miracle, the earth shook, the doors flew open, and every chain fell loose. Their midnight praise became a weapon that changed everything.
