The banshee is a typical figure of Irish folklore - nowadays well known all round the world -, a sometimes malignant female spirit that wanders through dark places. A bit like the Corpse Bride, a bit like Beetlejuice, in this song the escape of the Meneguinness from evil spirits sounds ska with horrific implications.

La banshee è una figura tipica del folklore irlandese e ormai mondiale, uno spirito femminile a volte maligno che si aggira in luoghi tenebrosi.
Un po’ in stile La sposa cadavere, un po’ Beetlejuice, in questo brano la fuga dei Meneguinness dagli spiriti malvagi suona ska con risvolti orrorifici.
