The MIT Asian Dance Team (ADT), established in 2009, is a student organization dedicated to promoting and representing Pan-Asian culture and dance, ranging from modern Asian pop to contemporary works. ADT is currently the largest dance organization on the MIT campus, with over 250 members, including MIT students and affiliates. As a cultural group on campus, ADT hopes to express the grace, power, and diversity of these various Asian art forms through our two grand showcases each year. In addition to these showcases, we also perform at various events and gatherings within MIT and the Greater Boston community, such as MIT Nightmarket, the BU Hope Show, and Lunar New Year celebrations from numerous events all over Boston.
