Description
This is a just tones version of my Happy Mindfulness isochronic tones session, which is a combination of 10Hz alpha wave isochronic tones and a continuous 528Hz Solfeggio tone. It's designed to help promote the release of serotonin and dopamine.
Serotonin plays a key role in regulating mood, happiness, and anxiety. It also supports healthy digestion, appetite control, and overall well-being. Your brain and body naturally produce this important chemical, which helps you feel balanced and emotionally stable.
This is based on a 1983 study by Patterson and Capel, where they discovered that boosting 10Hz activity increased serotonin levels.

What frequency modulations and tones are used in this track?
This track contains isochronic tones beating at 10Hz in the alpha wave range.
528Hz Solfeggio
There's also a continuous 528Hz Solfeggio tone playing throughout the track. I've added some 3D sound effects to the tone, so it appears to come in and out of volume. This helps to make it more pleasant to listen to. The 528Hz frequency has been linked to positive vibes and energy. It's also called the miracle tone or healing frequency and is one of the nine main frequencies on the ancient Solfeggio scale. According to Dr Leonard Horowitz, the 528Hz frequency can heal damaged DNA.

Headphones are not required.
How loud should the volume be?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It should be neither so quiet that you can hardly hear it nor so loud that it becomes distracting.
