I saw baskets of mushrooms in the supermarket and the brain started running the recipe in my head.


the ingredients :

🔹 Small young potato 1 kg
🔹Double basket of mushrooms 400 g
🔹 3 cloves of garlic
🔹 A third of a bunch of dill
🔹Butter 30 g
🔹 Salt and pepper

The preparation:
Cook a potato in salted water until soft.
Cut them lengthwise after cooking.

Heat a pan with olive oil or butter.
Fry potatoes until lightly golden, add mushrooms (you can cut them if they are too big)

Fry and stir or stir-fry.

Add garlic, salt and pepper.

Garnish with dill and serve.
