Ingredients
🖍️ Mutton - 500 grams
🖍️ Curd - half cup
🖍️ Coriander Leaves - handful
🖍️ Mint Leaves - handful
🖍️ Curry Leaves - 1
🖍️ Shallots - 10 nos
🖍️ Garlic - 8-10 pods
🖍️ Green Chilli - 4 nos
🖍️ Onion - 1 no.
🖍️ Tomato - 1 no.
🖍️ Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
🖍️ Meat/Garam Masala - 1 tsp
🖍️ Coriander powder- 1tsp
🖍️ Salt - as per taste
🖍️ Ghee - 1 tsp
🖍️ Cooking Oil - 1 tsp
Cooking Method
🖍️ Add Coriander leaves, mint leaves, curry leaves, garlic, shallots, green chillies in a mixer and make paste out of it.
🖍️ Marinate the cleaned mutton with the paste along with curd and salt, pressure cook it in medium flame for 5-6 whistles on medium flame.
🖍️ Heat oil in a kadai add ghee, onion tomato and sauté until tomato releases water and turns mushy, now add coriander powder, Garam masala, chilli powder and cook until oil separates.
🖍️ Now add cooked mutton and cook for 3 minutes on medium flame.
It’s reedy to serve.
