We used to have Twilight Zone marathons. We were binging before binging was a thing. Tivo was big back then too.
So many memories flood in from a song like this. I can see myself in the kitchen. Not in the fridge, but at the counter making tea in our old house in East Bremerton. I did it maybe one time, and I remember it. That house still holds so many stories of the good times and the struggles. But this song captures some of that innocence and exciting time in our lives. We spent a lot of time wondering if we made the right decisions. And yes, I think we did.
We even survived Y2K!!!
And here we are in the present day busting out this jam! What a wild time to be alive!
