I don’t think I’ve ever been more nervous to post a video, but this is what came out so I’m going to trust that now is the right time to share it 🙏

As a kid who always struggled a lot with their weight, I’ve noticed it’s something that rears its head as a coping mechanism when I go through periods of emotional stress 💪

I’m a huge fan of Mr @teddyswims and this is in no way a dig at fact that he happens to be eating in his video, in fact, this is a celebration of the right and need to eat 🫡
