This is a song from Winter Sonata. I decided to play this because my aunt asked me to play it for her. haha. Eventually I liked the song so much, here I am playing it for you.
P.S. I did edit it a little bit. I took out a couple extra notes where I stumbled. Don't worry 99% of it is untouched! haha the sun from my window makes it look like i have a massive farmer's tan =P
