The Chi-Lites are a Chicago based smooth soul vocal quartet whose greatest fame came during the early 1970s. They were led by Eugene Record, and scored eleven Top 10 R&B hits from 1969 to 1974.
'Oh Girl' was released on Brunswick Records in 1972. 'Oh Girl' reached No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts and No.14 on the R&B charts in 1972.
