Description
Now, for this show, very interesting show indeed.... I posted a clearer version already, but however, they love to block that considering it's a property of theirs which they released officially, but this version I have adjusted the colours, saturation to my absolute best of abilities, although the bootleg wasn't in the best shape, increased the fps to 35, and finally upscaled the video. The sound has also received an remaster as well, also featuring the original interview also done for the show. This has taken me a lot of time to complete this, and make sure everything appears fine.
This broadcast comes from a vhs rip of the broadcast.
I'll leave a download link below for the Memoirs of a Madman version, and The Thirty Years Since Blizzard Version.
Original description:
On April 28 1981, Randy Rhoads took to the stage at 31 Studios in Ogden, New York (just outside Rochester) to film a live performance, which would be broadcast on the After Hours TV Show in support of Ozzy Osbourne’s debut solo album, Blizzard of Ozz.
In the video clips below, see Randy (armed with his Karl Sandoval “Polka Dot” Flying V and Gibson Les Paul Custom) perform the legendary renditions from that night of, “I Don’t Know”, “Crazy Train”, “Mr. Crowley” and “Suicide Solution” as part of Ozzy’s solo band. The precious footage is arguably the clearest example of Randy in action before his tragic untimely death in March 1982.
