►Story:
After leading a beautiful summer solstice retreat in the mountains, returning to the city of Graz felt more like a culture shock than the common dimming-of-my-spirit vibe it usually has. At an altitude of 1500-2000 m, we sang, danced, meditated, hiked, cooked, and shared a beautiful time together. A couple of days later, still connected to those mountains, that summer feeling of embarking on a new adventure and getting out into nature gently knocked within me as it molded into this song.

►Intention:
Are you ready for an adventure? The purpose of traveling for me is to expand our awareness. To get a new perspective on how people live. The things they do or do not have, their climate, nature, what they drink and eat, how they treat their kin and strangers, and how happy they are. It often makes me appreciate things I have in Austria even more that I unconsciously take for granted when I get too used to them - like drinkable tap water. What a blessing! What blessings does your society offer that are worth being grateful for?

What would be an adventure that excites you? Follow that raw feeling of excitement without attachment to the outcome - whether it’s a holiday adventure, a purposeful business idea, or a journey into partnership. Stay positive, release fear-based beliefs, and let excitement be your guide. This formula will definitely uplift you into a higher, more fulfilled state.

Equally uplifting will be to connect with nature. To connect with nature is to connect with our true self. It's what we need. She’s literally our mother. It’s where we all came from and where we all will go when it’s time to let go of that pile of food we have gathered. So the next time your smartphone or TV wants to turn you into a sad pile of food - venture into nature and be a happy pile of food instead. Let’s go! 😉
