1 kg ayam
6 siung bawang putih (haluskan)
2 lembar daun salam
2 batang sereh
5 lembar daun jeruk
2 ruas jari jahe (iris)
1 1/2 sdt garam
1 1/2 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
1 sdt gula pasir
1/2 sdt lada bubuk
800 ml air kelapa
santan instan kara (50 ml)

10 siung bawang merah
