In January 2017, Post Malone released "Congratulations" as a single with Quavo. The song became a huge hit on Spotify and Shazam, and in July 2017, it began receiving decent airplay on Top 40/CHR radio. While some radio stations wanted more upbeat hits, rather than slower rap singles, DJ Mike D came to the rescue to create a wonderful remix. With just the right balance of everything, this remix adds an extra beat while keeping the same feel of the song. I really prefer DJ Mike D's remixes because he doesn't over do it. They are perfect for mix shows and mega mixes, and there aren't annoying synths and crappy bass drops throughout the song. A BIG thumbs up for DJ Mike D once again!
