I decided to take the sax out of the house, one of these days in Quarantine. I was surprised with what my building's staircase had to offer with the Reverb, 36 floors of it! It made the sax sound sooo different. I called up a friend, asked him to come to the staircase and bring his harmonium and decided to do an impromptu jam and shoot it. This was the first time we jammed and improvised on a piece I was working on at the time, Mulatu Astatke's Tezeta. Then I made this film that documents how we all share this moment in time and how things are gonna be completely different here on ahead.
