This will follow a funeral service in North London on Wednesday for late reggae singer many referred to as "The Cool Ruler".
Many of the UK's reggae artists will be among the fans gathered to celebrate the life of the reggae giant.
The thanksgiving service for the late reggae singer in Jamaica will be held at the National Indoor Sports Centre in Kingston on Saturday November 20 starting at 10a.m.
Isaacs, 59, lost his battle against cancer last month at his home in London.
His 1982 album Night Nurse, recorded at Bob Marley's Tuff Gong studio, reached number 32 in the United Kingdom.
Isaacs was poised to become a worldwide star when Night Nurse climbed to Number 32 on the British charts, but instead found himself sentenced to six months in a Jamaican prison on illegal firearm charges.
