300 gram kelapa parut(kupas bersih sy gunakan yg muda)
15 gram tepung tapioka (1 sdm munjung)
1/2 sdt garam
4 butir telur utuh
250 gram gula pasir (15 sdm)
1 saset kecil vanilli bubuk
1 sdt emulsifier (saya pakai sp)
300 gram tepung terigu protein sedang (30 sdm sedang)
20 gram tepung maizena (2 sdm sedang)
1/2 sdt garam
260 ml santan kental (2 saset santan instan dicampur air)
1 sdm pasta pandan
200 gr gula merah
