Spanish Omelette atau Spanish Tortilla merupakan olahan telur khas Spanyol. Biasanya dinikmati sebagai tapas (makanan selingan) atau disantap sebagai menu sarapan. Bahan utamanya adalah telur, kentang, dan bawang bombai. Bisa juga divariasikan dengan bahan lain seperti paprika, sosis, daging, jamur, ataupun keju parut.

Resep Telur Dadar Spanyol

Bahan:
4 butir telur
2 bawang bombai ukuran sedang
2 kentang ukuran sedang
Garam, merica sesuai selera
Minyak goreng secukupnya

Langkah:
1. Iris bawang bombai besar-besar
2. Iris kentang lebih tipis dibanding bawang bombai
3. Goreng bawang bombai hingga layu dan harum
4. Masukkan kentang, goreng hingga kecokelatan
5. Angkat lalu tiriskan dalam wadah, diamkan hingga dingin
6. Masukkan telur, kocok hingga semua tercampur rata
7. Bumbui dengan garam dan merica lalu diamkan sekitar 10 menit
8. Siapkan pan, beri sedikit minyak. Goreng telur hingga matang dan warnanya kuning keemasan
9. Telur Dadar Spanyol siap disajikan

Spanish Omelette or Spanish Tortilla is an egg dish from Spain. It's usually enjoyed as tapas (snack food) or as a breakfast menu. The main ingredients are eggs, potatoes, and onions. You can also add paprika, sausage, meat, mushroom, or grated cheese. It's super filling and nutritious, too!

Spanish Omelette Recipe

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 onions, medium size
2 potatoes, medium size
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking oil as needed

Steps:
1. Cut the onions into large slices.
2. Slice the potatoes more thinly than the onions.
3. Fry the onions until soft and fragrant.
4. Add in the potatoes, fry until browned.
5. Drain in a bowl and let cool.
6. Add in the eggs. Mix well.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
8. Prepare a pan with a bit of oil. Fry the eggs until cooked and golden brown.
9. Spanish Omelette is ready to serve.
