- No Save: single segment, no saves used
- No Damage: no damage taken
- S+ Rank: completed under 5 hours and 30 minutes
- RE4 Classic Soundtrack.
- Played on PC at 60 FPS using a controller.

Restricted:

- No Rocket Launchers, Gold Chicken Eggs, Magnums or Bolt Thrower.
- "Hardcore" difficulty (or below) upgrade restrictions (max Level 3 until you reach chapter 9), so that you can apply the strategies in any difficulty.
- No Exclusive Upgrades are used.
- No "soft skips" - those that are intended by the developers. That implies goat head room ambush, Ashley's section without knowing the clock code beforehand, wrecking ball with all enemy waves, and destroying the anti-aircraft gun in chapter 15 using the turret.
- No Body Armor as usual.
