Bawang merah 5 siung
Bawang putih 4 siung
Ketumbar 1 sdt
Merica 1/2 sdt
Garam 1/2 sdt
Kaldu bubuk (royco) 1/2 sdt
Kecap manis 4 sdm
Daun pepaya 2 lembar (untuk mengempukan daging)

Nb:
-Daging sebelumnya sudah dicuci bersih & dipotong-potong.
- hasilnya jadi 27 tusuk sate
- resep ini bisa juga digunakan untuk daging kambing
