Description
Ableton Live 11 Suite comes with Max for Live which allowed me to install the "Inspired by Nature" device pack. One of them is the Vector FM device, and as a fan of sound design and FM synthesis I thought today was the day to find out what this thing can do. I sequenced a tiny melody into the Novation Launchpad Pro Mk3 and started tweaking the knobs and options inside Vector FM while playing the sequence at 40 BPM. After about 15 minutes I landed on this wind/waves sound with random 'seagull' cries in the distance. It was more than I expected so I recorded the result for your entertainment. Enjoy.
