He heard it seeping through the vent
The notes were long and languished
They described their circumstance

Assembly of Dust (also known as AOD) is an American folk rock band formed in 2002 by former Strangefolk frontman Reid Genauer. He calls their music "Face Melting Soft Rock" with a hope that the music is both beautiful and badass at the same time. Vulnerable AND strong like a good leader SHOULD be.

Assembly of Dust influences include Steely Dan, The Band, J.J. Cale and Neil Young and Crosby Stills and Nash amongst others . Second song is from their 2013 release "Some Assembly Required" this song features a guest appearance by Keller Williams, the musician not the real-estate company. The album includes a host of special guests including Richie Havens, Mike Gordon, Bela Fleck, John Scofield, David Grisman, Tony Rice, Al Schnier, Jerry Douglas, Grace Potter, Martin Sexton, Theresa Anderson, Jeff Pevar and others.
