A delicious, flaky traditional original Chinese recipe. One of my favourite dishes and it is very simple recipe with less ingredients. Usually the pancakes are cooked with generous amount of oil (4 Tbsp per each) but I added less oil. Therefore it's up to your preference. Usually served for breakfast with some dipping sauce but not limited. Make sure to serve it hot or leave it in the food warmer.I am sure you will love this easy method.
