Description
Django New Orleans performed "Dinah" at The Town Hall in NYC as part of Stephane Wrembel's annual Django A Gogo Festival.
Led by Wrembel on guitar, the ensemble features Josh Kaye (guitar), Adrien Chevalier (violin), Joe Correia (sousaphone), David Langlois (percussion/washboard), Nick Driscoll (tenor sax/clarinet), Joe Boga (trumpet), Scott Kettner (drums), and Sarah King (vocals). Together, they honor the legendary Django Reinhardt by fusing New Orleans brass and rhythms with the spellbinding guitar style of “Jazz Manouche.”
