Wonderful sounding track, great dynamics and layers to it, but also a really great lyric, although I find it hard to process lyrics when I'm casually listening. Oleta Adams sounds blissfully soulful on this, and her story of discovery is quite incredible too. I do really like going through phases of listening to The Seeds of Love album, and its predecessor, and I'm in one at the moment. I just think TFF is/was a great band/duo who wrote great songs. My favourite from this album is Advice For The Young At Heart, but I thought there was more scope for guitar on this one first. I try to bring out some of the synth lines throughout as well as add a couple of parts here and there. Hope you enjoy!

I use a Charvel DK24 into my Boss Me50 going into a Palmer Pdi-09, plugging direct into my interface. I use Logic Pro where I add a little reverb, EQ and also some stereo pitch detune and delays.
