Released on the 1952 album, "Harmony Encores". Written in 1911 by Byron D. Stokes and F. Dudleigh Vernor. A #3 hit for Fred Waring and the Pennsylvanians in 1927 (which I've also posted), and #8 for Gene Austin in December 1927. Also recorded by Mitch Miller, Ted Lewis, Bing Crosby, Dean Martin, the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, the Ames Brothers, Cliff Edwards, the Lettermen, among many others over the years.
