I feel angry, bitter, hurt, frustrated
Disappointed, agitated
Grumpy, hangry, irritated,
Defensive, disgusted, - - humiliated

I feel happy, cheerful,
Excited, playful,
I feel energetic,
Confident and proud!

I feel scared, worried, I feel anxious
I feel upset, timid, shy, or nervous
I feel sheepish, I feel embarrassed,
I feel concerned, terrified, I feel jealous

This feeling is a message from my brain

All my feelings are OK

I feel sad, melancholy, confused,
I feel lonely, regretful, blue
Heartbroken, hopeless, misunderstood,
Disappointed, overwhelmed

I feel love, compassion, nurtured, safe
I feel peaceful, tender, unashamed
I feel accepting, content, I feel inspired
I feel relieved, I feel satisfied

I experience emotions, but they’re not in charge of me
Emotions are reactions to the stories that we see
The story I tell myself may not be complete,
Just repeat:
