I’m so excited to share the first episode of The Floret Farm Journal, a new filming project we’ve been working on to share what’s happening here on the farm in a more real-time way.

In this episode, the entire farm is awash with green. The crew is working full tilt, covering hoop houses, preparing the soil, laying out irrigation, and planting tens of thousands of seedlings into the ground. We hear the dawn chorus, which grows louder each morning, and explore the meadow as it explodes into its full glory. May is the tipping point, the moment when possibility becomes reality.
