In the world and mythology of Blasphemous, the High Wills are the equivalent to the supreme deity, the all powerful, all knowing entity that the inhabitants of Custodia pray to. Along with the Grivious miracle, it’s the most powerful entities in the game.

The Penitent will only come face to faces to the high will if they are pursuing the true canon ending. After fighting Escribal three different times. Once in his human form, once as the Son of the Miracle, and once in his final form. Once the Penitent has made his way to the Ancient Procession after communing with the Micacle, he will have the chance to come face to the face to the high wills.
