Description
How to use it:
1. Find a comfortable position, it can be sitting or laying. Even if you will fall into sleep it will still do the work.
2. Mentally scan your body from head to toes and relax each muscle.
3. After you feel completely relaxed place your attention only onto the sound (and video if you want).
4. Let the sound of the video cleans you from all the pain, fear, anger, tension, or anything negative that you can feel in your body.
5. Now you should feel even more relaxed, do this once a day for atleast a week and you will feel a difference.
6. Let us know how you felt and what you experienced during this meditation.
