Description

How long does it take to climb Everest? The typical Everest expedition takes 45-55 days. The body has to go through an acclimatization process (adjusting to the altitude). This process involves gradually ascending to higher altitudes, allowing the body to adapt, and then returning to sleep at lower altitudes. Multiple cycles of ascent and descent are necessary, each time reaching slightly higher altitudes, which extends the overall duration.
