Since I'm a strong believer that sharing knowledge is a good thing :-) here goes something for you all.
After checking out some videos that popped up recently featuring the study of this specific song, mainly from Turrigenous Official Youtube Channel (check them out), I took the idea a whole step forward and went for a more complete transcription and eventually created this backing track for everyone to study from. The idea was to analyse Allan's chordal work and harmonic movement over the entire stretch of this tune. I decided to leave the key in C because this is modulation heaven taken to Allan Holdsworth levels.

So... this backing track/arrangement with a click is good to use as a means of study, even though you might be a guitarist, or a keyboard player, bass player, drummer, horn player, etc... Analyse the structure, break down each chord and scales to use to come up with your own voice to improvise on this amazing composition by the master.

Allan would want us to come up with our own thing ;-)
