Vinterland just released one album in their short history but it was close to a masterpiece of Melodic Black Metal. The 1996 output ironically called "Welcome to my Last Chapter" is one of the album that influences the Melodic Black Metal scene the most in the mid 90's.
The song "Our Dawn of Glory" is absolutely beautiful right from the start with the very nice acoustic intro then all the winter climax comes upfront with tremolo guitar riffs. Vocally its not for everyone but it's the kind of screeching that you want in your raw Melodic Black Metal. All the leads are superb and the clean outro is something magnificient.
