Tengger, also known as Tenger or Tengri, is a Chinese singer, songwriter and composer of Mongolian ethnicity. He was born in Otog Banner, Inner Mongolia, China into the Sainbayar family. He composed and sang the song "I am a Mongol" in 1986 which made him famous.
