The second time on JBTV was a charm - Walk the Moon gave a "sold out" audience an intimate acoustic performance. The studio was packed to capacity as dedicated fans filed in. The group performed the hits “Different Colors,” and “Shut Up and Dance.” Despite a crunched time-frame, the band put all they had into both songs to keep the crowd moving to the beat.

Walk the Moon has been providing the world with pop rock jams since their formation in 2008. Hailing from Cincinnati, Ohio, the band consists of Nicholas Petricca on lead vocals, keys, and synthesizer, Kevin Ray on bass, vocals, acoustic guitar, and casual rainstick, Sean Waugaman on drums and vocals, and Eli Maiman on guitar and vocals. The band got their name from the song “Walking on the Moon” by The Police. The group has toured with major acts such as Weezer, Panic! At the Disco, and Grouplove. Walk The Moon has made appearances in pop culture by having their song “Anna Sun” featured on the TV show Vampire Diaries, as well as having the video for that song played in American Eagle Outfitter stores. From jamming with David Letterman to going on tour, Walk the Moon has taken the nation by storm. Their album Talking Is Hard released on December 2, 2014, landing the number 26 spot on the Billboard 200 within its first week of debut.
