We wrześniu 2023 roku zakończyła się rozbiórka i rozpoczęła się budowa wieżowca. W tym miejscu, przy skrzyżowaniu ul. Grzybowskiej i Al. Jana Pawła II, w miejscu rozebranego Atrium International, stanie 34-kondygnacyjny budynek Upper One projektu śląskiej pracowni Medusa Group. Inwestor, którym jest firma STRABAG Real Estate, zapowiada oddanie obiektu do użytku w 2026 roku. W ramach inwestycji pod nazwą Upper One powstaną w sumie dwa budynki: 34-kondygnacyjny biurowiec i 17-kondygnacyjny hotel, oferujące odpowiednio 36 tys. i około 11 tys. m² powierzchni użytkowej.
Upper One wyróżnia się zaawansowanymi technologiami, które wpisują się w trendy zrównoważonego budownictwa:
✅ System geotermalny – zastosowanie instalacji geotermalnej w ścianach szczelinowych pozwala na efektywne zarządzanie energią cieplną.
✅ Certyfikaty ekologiczne – budynek ma spełniać standardy LEED Platinum oraz WELL Gold, co potwierdza jego wysoką efektywność energetyczną i komfort użytkowników.
✅ Nowoczesna fasada – asymetryczny kształt budynku z przeszklonymi windami sprawi, że obiekt stanie się charakterystycznym punktem na mapie Warszawy.

Construction began after the demolition of the Atrium International office building. The project carried out by Strabag Real Estate aims to create one of the most innovative and ecological buildings in the capital.
In September 2023, the demolition was completed and the construction of the skyscraper began. In this place, at the intersection of ul. Grzybowska and Al. Jana Pawła II, in the place of the demolished Atrium International, the 34-storey Upper One building designed by the Silesian studio Medusa Group will be built. The investor, STRABAG Real Estate, announces that the facility will be put into use in 2026. As part of the investment called Upper One, a total of two buildings will be built: a 34-storey office building and a 17-storey hotel, offering 36 thousand sq m. and approximately 11 thousand m² of usable area.

Upper One stands out with advanced technologies that fit into the trends of sustainable construction:

✅ Geothermal system - the use of a geothermal installation in diaphragm walls allows for effective management of thermal energy.

✅ Ecological certificates - the building is to meet the LEED Platinum and WELL Gold standards, which confirms its high energy efficiency and user comfort.

✅ Modern facade - the asymmetric shape of the building with glass elevators will make the facility a characteristic point on the map of Warsaw.

The entire investment is planned to be completed in 2026.
